The process was initiated by two followers of the singer, which was followed by a class action, due to the frequent delays in her performances, mainly the one that occurred at Barclays Center, in Brooklyn, where it was scheduled to start at 8:30 pm and was only held at 10:30 pm.
The measure states that the delays occurred on the three presentation dates, on the 13th, 14th and 16th of December last year, and court documents refer to the attitude as “unbridled exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation and unfair and misleading commercial practices”. When contacted by the media, Madonna’s advisors did not comment on the legal action.
