Arteta’s side remain just two points behind Liverpool in the Premier League standings, with nine games left. “I am really excited. That won’t change from now until the end, but nine games is a lot”, said the manager.

“We are embracing the moment and making sure we prepare for each game”, said Arteta. The Gunners also remain in the Champions League, and will face Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals.
“This is where we want to be and we want to take this opportunity and make this happen. We work every day with that enthusiasm and passion. I see the team really flowing and being excited to play these games. That has to be the vision when playing”, he added.
“I am full of energy and it is the most incredible part of the season. I wasn’t in this position when I was a player but this is different”, explained Arteta. Arsenal host Bayern in the first leg of the quarter-finals next Tuesday, April 9.
