Saka presented himself to the national team, but was unable to take part in training. The Football Association revealed that the player presented himself at St George’s Park earlier this week with an injury.

The winger has already returned to Arsenal for “continued rehabilitation”, said a FA statement. England faces Brazil on Saturday (23) at Wembley, and hosts Belgium on March 26 at the national stadium.
The FA statement also said that no further substitutions are planned as the 25-man England squad continues its preparations for the games against Brazil and Belgium. Saka made his England debut in 2020. He has 11 goals in 32 games for his country.
