The hearing ended with the decision to punish Cristiano Ronaldo for obscene gestures and the Portuguese player was banned for one match. He has also been fined 30,000 Saudi Riyals (£6,300) by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF).
The SAFF’s disciplinary and ethics committee has said that Ronaldo cannot appeal the decision. Ronaldo arrived at Al-Nassr on a free transfer from Manchester United in December 2022 and has scored 20 goals in 22 league games so far this season.
