“I don’t think so, at least for now. Let’s take it step by step and see how the season starts, what the preparation for the Giro d’Italia will be like and what’s left in the tank after the first part of the season”, said Tadej Pogocar regarding speculation about the athlete’s participation.

The rumors about the cyclist’s opportunity to be in the three competitions began when Alberto Contador, one of the former athletes in the professional category, had stated that Tadej Pogocar would try to complete the WorldTour matches, one after the other, if he managed to obtain victory in the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia.
Regarding physical preparation, Tadej Pogocar reported that this year the strategy is more diversified than in past seasons: “It’s a slightly different approach this year. I start a little late, but not too late. It’s still a busy schedule with all the preparation, recognition and thinking about two Grand Tours.”
Furthermore, he said that he wants to complete the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia in the most positive way possible and that the use of My Whoososh tools helped him in his training for the 2024 calendar. However, he also stated that one of his objectives is to participate in the Olympics.
