The same source adds that the courts are also seeking to hold the former manager responsible, along with the sporting director, Albert Luque, the former coach, Jorge Vilda, and the former head of marketing, Rubén Rivera, for alleged pressure on the player.
Francisco de Jorge considers that, based on the evidence presented, there is evidence that all these individuals acted together to “coerce the will of Jennifer Hermoso Fuentes and ensure that she agreed to record a video stating that the kiss was consensual”.
