Last Tuesday (16), through social networks and official websites, the second year of the National Cycling League (NCL) already had a list of ten teams interested in participating in the competition, both in the women’s and men’s categories. Miami Nights and Denver Disruptors lead the list.
In the first season, the general classification had in its first positions Miami Nights, Denver Disruptors, in both categories, Goldman Sachs ETFs Racing in the women’s category and Texas Roadhouse Cycling, in the men’s category. However, the CCB p/b Levin Law Group and Foundation Cycling teams were also in the top 5 of the match with around 100 total points.

“After a season experimenting with the unique new format in 2023, we are looking forward to competing in the 2024 NCL Cup series. It is important for us to partner with events that put men’s and women’s competition equally in the spotlight,” said Lauren LeClaire, sports director at CCB p/b Levin Law Group.
The businesswoman continued to explain the importance of the project: “The series perfectly complements our racing calendar to support the growth of our athletes, placing them in racing situations that require quick decisions on the road that result in fun and exciting competitions.”
It appears that in the second season the winners will have the same amounts received in the prizes. Each winner of the three matches earned around US$30,000.00 and the ten teams in the rankings shared equally the amount of US$130,000.00. For this year, no further details have been revealed.
