On Saturday (2), UEFA drew the groups for Euro 2024. The event was held in Hamburg, Germany.

The host team is in Group A and plays the opening game of the tournament, on June 14th, in Munich, against Scotland. The European Championship runs until July 14th, when the Olympic Stadium in Berlin will host the final.
The “Group of Death”, with the strongest teams, is Group B, which has two European champion teams, including the current winner of the Euro, and a world runner-up: Spain, Croatia, Italy and Albania.
It is good to remember that Spain and Croatia decided the title of the last edition of the League of Nations. The Spanish team won 5-4 on penalties.

Another group that can be balanced is Group C, with Slovenia, Denmark, Serbia and England. The one considered calmest is D, at least for Belgium. This team will face Slovakia, Romania and another member of the playoff.
The first two teams in each group, plus the four best third-placed teams advance to the round of 16 at the Euros and form the round of 16.
