The incident occurred after the end of the first half during Manchester City’s 3-0 victory over Young Boys, in a Champions League match. Haaland had scored a goal in the game, and City were leading 2-0 when the referee blew the half-time whistle.

It was at that moment that Camara, Young Boys captain, approached Haaland, suggesting an exchange of shirts. Haaland was not satisfied with the request and expressed his dissatisfaction with his teammate, but still gave up his shirt to his opponent, without taking Camara’s shirt. “You shouldn’t do that,” said the talented Norwegian.
In the second half, the player with the number 9 shirt scored another goal, contributing to Manchester’s victory in the match. City lead their group with four wins in four games, while Young Boys are in last place, with three defeats and a draw. In the current edition of the Champions League, Haaland is the top scorer, with four goals, and he has a total of 39 goals in his record in the tournament.
