“I hope to try to improve, even though I know it will be difficult. I will try to stay at the level I am at and look for new challenges. Next year is the World Championship. The route in Zurich is very beautiful, so there will be enough challenges. This keeps me moving forward, the Giro, the Tour, the Vuelta, the Monuments, everything”, said Tadej Pogocar.
Even after starting training, the cyclist and his UAE Team Emirates team have not yet revealed what their trajectory will be in the 2024 season and, it seems, the revelation should be made in December. So far, the athlete is confirmed to take part in the Beking charity cycling criterium in Monaco and the cyclocross race in Ljubljana.
“This year there were many moments that will remain in my memory, both good and bad. One of the most beautiful memories of my career will certainly be the victory in the Tour of Flanders, then there was the 20th stage of the Tour and, to end the season, a victory in II Lombardia”, concluded the cyclist with a retrospective of his year.
