With that, the match ended in the early hours of this Wednesday, with a 104-101 Wolves victory.
Thus, the confusion began when Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels had a disagreement on the court and started pushing each other. Soon the conflict escalated when Draymond Green arrived and tied Gobert, taking the French center to the ground.
After the other players and members of the coaching staff tried to separate the confusion, the referees reviewed the entire conflict. Three players were sent off: Draymond Green and Klay Thompson, from the Warriors, and Jaden McDaniels, from the Wolves.

“Every time Steph (Curry) doesn’t play, he (Green) doesn’t like playing without his friend. So he does anything he can to get kicked out. Clown behavior. I hope the league does what it needs to do,” Gobert said after the game.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr defended Green in the confusion and explained that his player only acted after seeing Gobert hitting Klay Thompson.
“Rudy (Gobert) put his hands on Klay’s neck. That’s why Draymond went after Rudy,” Kerr said.
Now, of the trio expelled, the one at risk of suffering a longer suspension is Draymond Green. The power forward was punished for one game in the last playoffs, after stepping on Domantas Sabonis, from the Sacramento Kings. The NBA, however, has not yet commented on the case.
