It seems like the matches aren’t going very well. Last Tuesday (14), via social media, after the defeat in the match against the Denver Broncos, the offensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills, Ken Dorsey, was fired from the team. In his position, until the situation is resolved, will be Joe Brady.

The team’s coach, Sean McDermott, justified the decision by stating that it would be a necessary measure for the development of the team as well as to change the athletes’ energy and new outlook. As a move to recover positive results, the coach stated that he needed to make the change to be able to perform well in the playoffs.

“Josh and I talk daily. And this decision was made solely by me. Plus, it’s Josh’s responsibility and job to go out and help Coach Brady formulate the game plan and execute the game plan, take care of the football and be our offense more than anything,” Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott said.

The coach continued: “Just some of the new energy around our offense, my hope and my goal is that it creates some confidence and clarity and the ability to anticipate rather than in some cases react. And I think that’s what playing the quarterback position is all about.”

Ken Dorsey’s career in the National Football League (NFL), mainly with the Buffalo Bills, began in 2019 when he was hired as a quarterbacks coach. In previous years, the coach spent five years with the Carolina Panthers and was promoted as offensive coordinator under Ron Rivera.
