“You know, it’s funny. All these Republican candidates in the primaries are trying to beat Donald Trump,” Biden says in the video.

It is worth remembering that in the Iowa caucus, on Monday (15), Trump had 51% of the votes with around 99% of the count completed.
While the second place, Florida governor Ron DeSantis, had 21%; former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley came in third with 19%.
