The star John Travolta used his social media to honor co-star Olivia Newton-John. The grease icon left us last Monday (08), after more than 30 years fighting breast cancer. The actor posted an emotional message directed to his friend. “You’ve made our lives so much better,” he said. The two starred together as the lead couple in 1978’s Grease. The blockbuster film remains a hit to this day.

“We’ll see each other on the road and we’ll be together again,” said the actor. The organization that bears the actress’ name will continue to exist and help women with the same disease as Olivia. The official post announcing the death of the actress asked the public to convert the value of flowers into donations to the entity. John reunited with Olivia on the big screen in 1983, in ‘Two of a kind’. The two have always been great partners and friends. There are some rumors that they formed an off-screen couple, but never 100% confirmed by them.
