Ryan Gosling will play the iconic Ken doll in the live-action “Barbie” starring Margot Robbie. In an interview with “The Tonight Show”, the actor revealed that despite having loved the script written by Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach, and classified as “the best script I’ve ever read,” he only accepted the role after an unusual ” sign” of the universe.

Fallon, who is also the father of two girls and the actor even joked that Ken is underappreciated the Barbie universe.“They never played with Ken,” said Gosling. “It was available,” joked Fallon. “He’s an accessory and not even one of the cool ones,” added Gosling. And then they talked about the difficulty of assembling Barbie’s Dreamhouse.
