Apparently, the focus this time is to make episodes more cinematic, but the same format as independent stories with a beginning, middle and end, and lasting more than one hour, will be maintained. It will be the first season since Charlie Brooker, creator of the production, and Annabel Jones, his creative partner, left the production company House of Tomorrow and founded Broke and Bones. With the move, the rights to “Black Mirror” went to the Endemol Shine Group and the future of Black Mirror was uncertain, but Netflix made a mega millionaire deal to have a part of the production.

Netflix purchased the original Channel 4 series in 2015, ordering a 12 episode third season. Which were later split into two seasons. There are still few details about the new season and no premiere date.
