This Thursday (25), Sofia Richie revealed that she and her husband Elliot Grainge are expecting their first child.

The announcement was made through Vogue, including a photoshoot for the magazine. Richie published the pictures on her Instagram and wrote “Our hearts are filled with so much love! So thankful for all of your support! Can’t wait for this next chapter of life”, in the caption.

The model also shared a video on her Instagram Stories from the photoshoot. It also included pictures of the pregnancy test, and from the moment she and Elliot discovered that the baby is a girl.
Sophia is about six months along, and explained to Vogue that she kept it a privacy to “protect” her space. “Pregnancy is really scary. I didn’t realize there are so many milestones you have to hit and so many tests you have to take. For me, it was really important to protect our mental health and our space as a couple”, said Richie.
“We both really thought it was a boy, so it was a true shock. My dream in life is to have a daughter [though], and Elliot is really excited for a girl, too”, she added. Sophia and Elliot went public with their relationship in 2021. Grainge proposed to her in April 2022, and one year later they got married in France.
