British actress Mia Goth is being sued for allegedly intentionally kicking an extra in the head during filming in April 2023, according to Variety magazine.

According to the website The Hollywood Reporter, one of the actors who appears in the filming of “Maxxxine”, starring Goth, this week filed a lawsuit against the actress in the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
In addition, the film’s director Ti West and production company A24 were also named in the lawsuit, according to American news sites.
It’s worth remembering that Mia Goth is the main actress in two other horror films directed by West: ‘X ‘ and ‘Pearl’. And that ‘Maxxxine’ is the sequel to ‘X’.

As a result, according to Variety, the supporting actor claims in the lawsuit that he suffered a concussion when he was kicked in the head by Goth. To do the scene, he had to lie on the floor covered in fake blood, and Goth had to run over him, look down and keep running.
In one of the recording takes, the actor reported that Goth almost stepped on him, which made him complain to the assistant director. In the next scene, according to the action, the actress deliberately kicked the extra. Afterwards, the two would have crossed paths in the bathroom and Goth would have made fun of him and dared him to complain.
Upon returning home, the extra reported feeling dizzy and being forced to stop driving twice. The next day, the actor states that he was released from the two days of filming he still had to do.
