The documentary addresses a particularly worrying period in his life, in which he recognized that he survived on just 90 calories a day, consuming just one banana. In an interview with The Sun newspaper, the singer shared details of his intense battle with eating disorders that accompanied him throughout his life, describing it as a combination of several types of disorders.

Williams explained: “I suffered from ‘bigorexia’, which is the feeling of having no muscle or size, and also anorexia. There is a missing word, and that is what I am. My problem was oscillating between restriction and overeating; I could never get the balance right. There was definitely an eating disorder, although I’m not sure which definition best fits what I faced.”
