Katy Perry’s daughter, Daisy Dove, made her first public appearance.

During the final show part of Katy’s Las Vegas residency Play on Saturday (4), Daisy appeared on screen during a segment of the performance. When Katy was about to perform her 2008 single “Hot n Cold”, she took a moment to shout out to her daughter.

As a fan-captured footage shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), the singer could be seen saying “Daisy! I love you so much. You’re my best friend, I’m so glad you’re here”. She also shouted “I’m gonna sing this next song — I think you know it?”, speaking directly to the little girl. Daisy was in the audience, wearing a Minnie Mouse costume.
During the performance, Katy also paid tribute to Orlando Bloom, for being “an incredible support system” and “an amazing father”. She also said that she “created this show after the birth of my daughter, Daisy Dove”. “When I met her, it was like all the love I was ever searching for finally showed up. She made me whole, and she healed me, and she showed me how to play again”, continued Perry.
“So this show is for everyone’s inner child and for the hope that maybe if we could all see life through the eyes of a child, we would be free”, she finished. Fans also captured a moment of Orlando and Daisy dancing along at one point during the show.
Katy and Orlando welcomed Daisy in 2020, and have chosen not to show her face until now. The couple have been together since 2016, and got engaged in 2019.
