There is legal action pending against Chris Brown, alleging he assaulted a man in London in February. According to information obtained by People, the plaintiff, identified as 43-year-old Abe Diaw, filed the lawsuit on October 26.

In the document, Diaw states that the attack took place at the TAPE nightclub, where Chris Brown allegedly hit him in the face with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila. The alleged victim claims that the rapper continued to attack him with “forceful blows” until he lost awareness.

Abe Diaw also reports that, even after this, Chris Brown continued the assault, stomping on him “relentlessly for 30 seconds”. In the lawsuit, he mentions that he had to be hospitalized and suffered “head lacerations and torn leg ligaments”, resulting in permanent damage and intense emotional suffering
Additionally, Diaw claims the nightclub has the entire incident recorded on its security cameras and, in addition to seeking damages, is requesting a jury trial. So far, Chris Brown’s representatives have not commented on the accusations and the lawsuit.
