Thus, the story of season 6 of The Crown will take place between 1997 and 2005, initially focusing on Tony Blair’s (Bertie Carvel) term as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and the relationship between Princess Diana (Elizabeth Debicki) and Dodi Fayed (Khalid Abdalla), as well as the fateful car accident that killed them both.
In the second part of the season, the plot will focus on the marriage of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles, popular opinion regarding the monarchy and also the new royal fairy tale, involving Prince William and the commoner Kate Middleton.
