The album comes on the heels of her devastating performance at the MTV VMAs on Tuesday night (September 13), when she sang a medley of rock versions of her hits “Heart Attack”, “Sorry Not Sorry” and “Cool for theSummer”.
The album has 10 tracks, including the hits “La La Land”, “Heart Attack” and “Sorry Not Sorry”.

To Billboard, Lovato revealed that the album “rekindled an excitement about these songs”. “Take ‘Give Your Heart a Break’ as an example. I got tired of singing it live, because it had been in my catalog for so long and it no longer reflected my sound”. ”
