On Wednesday night (6), Bruce Springsteen made an announcement on social media. The historic musician postponed concerts that were scheduled for September in the US due to a peptic ulcer for which he is already receiving treatment.

Already last August, the American, currently 73 years old, had postponed some shows for health-related reasons, although at the time he had not explained what the problem was.
In the communication he made, Springsteen reveals that he has a peptic ulcer and that he was advised by doctors to postpone all the concerts that were scheduled for September.

“Over here on E Street, we’re heartbroken to have to postpone these shows. First, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed a few weeks ago. We’ll be back to pick these shows up and then some”.
“Thank you for your understanding and support. We’ve been having a blast at our US shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We’ll be back soon”, said Bruce in the statement posted on Instagram.
