With this, as Americans worry about the economy and immigration and the Democrat intensifies his re-election campaign.
According to the survey, 38% of those interviewed said they approved of Biden’s performance as president, compared to 40% in December 2023.

Furthermore, the head of state’s public approval rating has been below 50% since August 2021, raising concern in the Democratic party, as the possible electoral rematch with former president Donald Trump approaches.
It is worth remembering that another Reuters/Ipsos poll earlier this month showed Trump with a six percentage point lead in a possible confrontation between the two politicians.
