Massie, known for his critical stances on Israel and anti-Semitism, accompanied DeSantis as he prepared for the Iowa caucus.

During the debate, Haley confronted DeSantis, referring to Massie as “the most anti-Israel Republican” and highlighting the congressman’s dissenting votes related to Israel, BDS and the rise of anti-Semitism in the US.
DeSantis did not directly respond to the question, choosing not to address concerns raised by Haley about Massie’s stance on Israel.
