Actor Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained) spoke out for the first time after being accused of intimate assault. In a statement [via Deadline], Foxx denied the accusations.

“The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this person filed a virtually identical lawsuit in Brooklyn.
The case was dropped shortly afterwards,” a spokesperson said. “The charges are no more viable now than they were before. We are certain the case will be dismissed again. And once that happens, Mr. Foxx intends to file suit against this person and his attorneys for again filing this frivolous lawsuit.”
Therefore, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim accuses Foxx of attacking her private parts on the terrace of the Catch NYC & Roof bar, in New York.

According to reports, in August 2015, the actor was at the table next to the woman when a friend of hers asked him to take a photo with both of them.
Foxx, who according to the victim appeared intoxicated, allegedly said things like, “sure, honey, anything for you,” “wow, you have that model’s body,” and “you smell so good.”
The woman claims she was injured and had to undergo medical treatment, as well as facing “pain, suffering and emotional distress as a result of the sexual assault and abuse.”
