The Oscar winner participated in pro-Palestinian demonstrations. In one of the demonstrations, Susan compared the rise in anti-Semitism to the experience of Muslims in the country.

“There are a lot of people who are afraid of being Jewish right now and are experiencing what it is like to be Muslim in this country,” she said.
