In an interview with Men’s Health published on October 3, the actor said he overhauled his routine to incorporate “more solitude” into his life. “I’ve always been pretty consistent with my exercise commitments, but lately I’ve really felt the importance of taking time for yourself without any outside voice or stimulation and making time for stillness”.

Although physical exercise has always been a part of his routine, Chris explained that he is focusing on mindful work lately, and also prioritizing sleep and taking regular ice baths to help his well-being.
Hemsworth discovered the high risk for the disease while filming “Limitless” (National Geographic and Disney+ docuseries) last year. His DNA has two copies of the gene APOE4, so he is “eight to 10 times more likely” to have the disease. Alzheimer is characterized by mental deterioration.
The actor had already revealed he is not retiring yet, but slowing down his acting career. “I’ve been completing the things I was already contracted to do… [to go] be with the kids, be with my wife”. He is married to Elsa Pataky, and they share three children, India, 11, and twins Tristan and Sasha, 9.
