This Sunday (4), Celine Dion made a surprise appearance at Grammys 2024 amid her battle with stiff person syndrome.
Dion received a standing ovation while her song “The Power of Love” played as she took the stage to present the album of the year award to Taylor Swift. “When I say that I’m happy to be here, I really mean it from my heart”, said Celine.

“Those who have been blessed enough to be here at the Grammy Awards must never take for granted the tremendous love and joy that music brings to our lives and to people all around the world”, she added.
Dion has been out of the limelight in recent years as she tries to heal from her neurological disease, which is a rare and chronic condition that causes muscle stiffness and painful muscle spasms. The singer revealed her diagnosis in December 2022.
