Actor Jamie Foxx is being accused of assaulting a woman, news website TMZ reported this Thursday (22). The alleged crime would have happened in 2015, in New York.

The victim, whose name has been withheld, accuses Foxx of intimate assaulting her on the terrace of the Catch NYC & Roof bar. According to reports, in August 2015, the actor was at the table next to the woman when a friend of hers asked him to take a photo with both of them.
Foxx, who according to the victim appeared intoxicated, allegedly said things like, “sure, honey, anything for you,” “wow, you have that model’s body,” and “you smell so good.”
As a result, the text says that the actor, without the victim’s consent, groped her waist and breasts, in addition to inappropriate intimacy her on your intimate parts.

The woman claims she was injured and required medical treatment after the episode. It also talks about emotional pain and anguish.
She is suing Foxx, the bar (Catch NYC & Roof) and the artist’s employees, who, according to her, saw the alleged crime happening but did not help her.
When questioned, Jamie Foxx did not respond to the publication’s questions and has not yet officially commented on the case.
