This comes less than two months after Joe filed for divorce from Sofia Vergara. The former couple were together for seven years. Vergara even filed her own set of legal documents, requesting the enforcement of their prenuptial agreement. They are still working on the divorce settlement, which includes the custody of their dog.
According to a TMZ source, the end of the relationship was linked to Joe’s desire for children, while Vergara was not considering the possibility. She already has a son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, from her first marriage to Joe Gonzalez.
