Yesterday (11), TMZ reported that Kevin Federline wants Britney Spears to increase child support payments. He is considering going to court, asking for a $40,000 increase.

Currently, Federline receives an amount predicated on each parent having the kids 50% of the time, but the past several years, Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16, are living entirely with their father. Last month (August), they all relocated to Hawaii. The boys haven’t seen Britney for 2 years.

Sean is about to turn 18 years old in a couple of weeks, so the required payments will be cut in half. Jayden’s support will remain intact until around June 2025, when he graduates high school.
Federline publicly alleged that both the boys had “made the decision” to not see their mother, or either attend her wedding to Sam Ashgari, due to the intense media coverage on Britney, following the end of her conservatorship.
Britney was married to Federline from October 2004 to July 2007, and welcomed Sean in September 2005, and Jayden in September 2006. Spears married Sam Ashgari in June 2022, but he filed for divorce this August.
