Mariah Carey made her traditional Christmas post, punctually at midnight last Tuesday (1). In a short video posted on her social media, Mariah celebrated the turn of the calendar and declared the start of the holiday season.

In the video, the artist appears cycling dressed as a witch, saying goodbye to Halloween and when the calendar changes to November 1st, Mariah appears dressed in Christmas clothes in the middle of the snow. She sings ‘It’s Time’ very high-pitched, while playing a part of her famous Christmas song, ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’, which is treated as an official anthem for this time of year.

This Tuesday (2), the singer released her new children’s book, ‘The Christmas Princess’, is for sale on her official website. In December, Mariah Carey returns to the stage with the show ‘Merry Christmas To All’. She will perform on the 11th in Toronto, Canada, and on the 13th in New York.
