This Friday (15), Diane Heidkrüger turns 46. The actress and former model was born in Algermissen, Germany and became known for her roles in “Troy” as Helen and “National Treasure” as Abigail Chase.

Diane won several awards for her performance in Inglourious Basterds as Bridget von Hammersmark. In the Best Cast category, it won the Broadcast Film Critics Association and San Diego Film Critics Society, and in the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture category, it won the Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2017, she was awarded best actress at the Cannes Film Festival, with the German film “In The Fade”.
